Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of dental or medical front office experience
- Experience with Patterson EagleSoft
- Strong understanding of treatment plan presentations
- Ability to confidently handle payment discussions
- Familiarity with insurance verification
- Professionalism

- Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
Responsibilities
- Strategically manage and maximize the doctor's schedule to maintain productivity
- Oversee patient check-in and check-out processes
- Conduct treatment follow-up and ensure next steps are completed
- Convert incoming calls and online inquiries into appointments
- Coordinate with the clinical team to maintain seamless workflow
- Discuss treatment plans & payment options with clarity and confidence
- Verify dental insurance accurately and efficiently
