Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of dental or medical front office experience
  • Experience with Patterson EagleSoft
  • Strong understanding of treatment plan presentations
  • Ability to confidently handle payment discussions
  • Familiarity with insurance verification

  • Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage and maximize the doctor's schedule to maintain productivity
  • Oversee patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Conduct treatment follow-up and ensure next steps are completed
  • Convert incoming calls and online inquiries into appointments
  • Coordinate with the clinical team to maintain seamless workflow
  • Discuss treatment plans & payment options with clarity and confidence
  • Verify dental insurance accurately and efficiently
