Position Summary The role of the Patient Experience Coordinator II (PEC2) will be responsible for answering all patient calls, scheduling appointments, and collecting new patient information. The PEC2 will schedule all patient visit types. The PEC2 will be responsible for correctly scheduling in a patient center medical home (PCMH) manner and following all HCHC scheduling policies including refill and double-booking policies.
