Patient Experience Associate
About The Position
Under supervision, performs secretarial duties, utilizing knowledge of medical terminology and hospital, clinical, or laboratory procedures. Primary Department, Division, or Unit: Primary Work Shift: Day Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Compensation Range: $17.19 - $24.42 per hour, depending on experience ----- Job Description Education/Experience Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Two years’ experience in medical environment with working knowledge of insurance applicable to outpatient medical care. Proficient computer skills, knowledge of Medical Terminology, experience with scheduling.
