About The Position

Under supervision, performs secretarial duties, utilizing knowledge of medical terminology and hospital, clinical, or laboratory procedures. Primary Department, Division, or Unit: UHS Cardiology Norwich Primary Work Shift: Day Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Compensation Range: $16.35 - $21.49 per hour, depending on experience

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Two years’ experience in medical environment with working knowledge of insurance applicable to outpatient medical care.
• Proficient computer skills
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Experience with scheduling
• Current driver's license
