Position Summary: The Patient Advocate serves as a vital liaison between patients, their families, and hospital staff. This role is responsible for promoting and protecting patient rights, addressing and resolving concerns, and enhancing the overall patient experience. The advocate works to improve patient engagement and satisfaction while supporting essential hospital operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Garfield Park Behavioral Hospital is dedicated to providing behavioral health and psychiatric support to children and teens ages 3 to 17.
