About The Position

Help patients as their personal banker prior to, during, and after the patients' CarolinaEast Health System visits.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent (GED).
• Must be able to type 40 words per minute.
• Must be able to understand and use a computer.
• Familiar with all office machines.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with their banking needs before, during, and after their visits to CarolinaEast Health System.
• Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
• Handle various tasks simultaneously, including managing phone calls while attending to patients in person.
