Guide patients through the scheduling and onboarding process to ensure a seamless start to treatment. Build trusting relationships with patients, families, and teammates through clear and caring communication. Collaborate closely with doctors, clinical staff, and front-office team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience. Answering incoming and outgoing phone calls throughout each day.
