In this position, you will serve as the initial point of contact with patients, referring physicians, and the general public on the imaging center’s behalf. This includes welcoming all patients and their family members, making them feel comfortable, and anticipating and attending to their needs. The role also involves checking patients in, answering and routing telephone calls, scheduling appointments, collecting patient financial responsibilities at the time of service, and performing other necessary front office/desk duties.
