About The Position

Great Strides Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Patient Coordinator to join our pediatric outpatient clinic in Roanoke, VA. As the first point of contact for our families, you’ll play a vital role in creating a warm, professional, and supportive experience for children receiving therapy services. You’ll manage front office operations, including patient check-in, scheduling, phone support, and coordination with our clinical and administrative teams. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, child-centered environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive, welcoming attitude
