Requirements

  • Previous dental or healthcare front office experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with dental scheduling and insurance verification preferred.
  • Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and families with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow for an efficient daily schedule.
  • Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial discussions and payment coordination.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is completed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, parents, and the clinical team to support a seamless experience.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
