About The Position

Children’s Dentistry of Cherry Creek is seeking a skilled and passionate patient coordinator/front desk administrator to join our fun, dedicated, and well-established pediatric dental team! We’re looking for someone who can confidently lead our front desk and be the welcoming face of our practice. Flexibility is key—we need a team player who is willing to jump in wherever help is needed to ensure smooth patient flow and the best experience for every child and family we serve. Requirements

  • Front desk, patient coordinator, or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fun but fast-paced pediatric environment
  • Positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
  • Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as defined.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred—ability to connect with and support our Spanish-speaking families
  • Social media skills are a plus—help showcase our team culture, office events, and patient-friendly environment online
  • Tech-savvy mindset—comfortable learning new systems, using digital tools, and troubleshooting when needed

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients while creating a warm, welcoming environment for children and families
  • Manage scheduling, answer phones, and coordinate appointments efficiently
  • Support insurance verification, billing, and patient communication
  • Maintain organized and accurate patient records using digital systems
  • Contribute to a positive, flexible, family-like team culture by stepping in wherever needed
