Patient Contact Center Representative
About The Position
A Patient Contact Center Representative (PCCR) is the customer service liaison to each of our practices. The PCCR interacts with each patient with courtesy and respect using exceptional communication skills. The purpose of this position is to provide our patients with a seamless experience while following all UHS Policies regarding registration, scheduling, insurance verification and billing. Primary Department, Division, or Unit: Switchboard and Reception, UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital Primary Work Shift: Day Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Compensation Range: $16.35 - $21.49 per hour, depending on experience
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Previous medical, administrative, call center and customer service experience
- Proficient PC skills
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
