Patient Concierge PRN
About The Position
Our Patient Concierge will be responsible for the efficiency, accuracy and professionalism of the front desk of Pacific Fertility Center (PFC). The Patient Concierge works in a collaborative relationship with the front desk team as well as with other PFC departments and employees. Everything we do at PFC is guided by our Mission Statement: “As a unified team, guided by the highest ethical standards, we provide our patients with the best quality, individualized, compassionate fertility care.” This is a PRN position, requiring availability for 2 to 3 days per week, primarily on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays, with occasional weekday coverage. Shifts are typically 8 hours long and scheduled between 6:45 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Part-time Hours. Full-time Heart. Endless Possibilities. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year of medical administrative experience required
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Bilingual a plus!
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones, directing calls, and greeting patients and visitors with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate and confirm patient appointments, follow-ups, and physician referrals in a timely manner.
- Facilitate communication between patients, physicians, laboratory staff, and clinical teams while maintaining strict adherence to privacy and patient care standards.
- Accurately compile, update, and maintain medical records, reports, and patient correspondence.
- Assist patients with completing insurance documentation and consent/privacy forms.
- Support daily clinic operations and perform additional administrative tasks or special projects as assigned.
