About The Position

Patient Concierge Supervisor Northwest Eyes | Northwest Washington Pay Range: $24–$29/hour depending on experience We are seeking an experienced and motivated full-time Patient Concierge Supervisor to oversee daily front-desk and patient service operations. This leadership role is responsible for supervising staff involved in patient check-in, check-out, medical records, and (when applicable) surgery coordination. The ideal candidate is a confident people leader passionate about patient experience, operational excellence, and team development. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3–5 years of experience in a healthcare organization
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead within a fast-paced team environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coordinate, and support patient concierge staff
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
  • Plan, assign, and direct work to ensure efficient patient flow
  • Address patient concerns and resolve service issues professionally
  • Ensure appropriate staffing coverage; fill in as needed
  • Train staff on company policies, procedures, insurance requirements, and systems (EPM & EMR)
  • Oversee and verify completion of all required surgery paperwork per protocol
  • Implement, monitor, and improve patient service protocols and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with organizational and legal standards
  • Lead with professionalism, collaboration, and accountability
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
