Nights shifts - 1900-0730 No Days shifts currently available Part-time - Two 12-hour shifts per week, with rotating weekends and holidays Full-time - Three 12-hour shifts per week, with rotating weekends and holidays Full-time and Part-time Shifts open in the following areas: General Medicine Cardiac/Heart Failure Pulmonary Urology & Vascular Surgery Float Pool Oncology Orthopedics Observation Transplant The Patient Care Technician reflects the mission, vision, and values of Northwestern Memorial, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. The Patient Care Technician’s primary function is to assist and support the Professional Registered Nurse in all aspects of direct and indirect patient care activities. The Patient Care Technician functions as a member of the unit staff under the direction and supervision of the professional Registered Nurse.
