Position Overview As a Patient Care Technician, you will: Work under the direction of the LPN or RN as part of the healthcare team. Perform direct patient care and unit functions. Communicate completed tasks and any changes in patient status to the nursing staff.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Current Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not required.
- On-the-job training available.
- Must obtain BLS certification within 30 days of hire (TRMC will assist with certification if needed).
- Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment and exercise sound judgment.
- Professional, positive demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Current Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not required.
