Patient Care Tech - Outpatient Services
About The Position
As a Patient Care Tech at MercyOne, you will be an integral part of the healthcare team, participating in the provision of safe, quality patient care under the delegation of a Registered Nurse. This role supports the standards and philosophies of Genesis Medical Center by assisting nursing staff and physicians with various patient care and non-patient care activities. You will perform tasks in a caring and efficient manner, contributing to customer service, and also assist with department-related housekeeping, and supply/equipment/facility maintenance tasks. MercyOne Genesis is a nationally recognized health system serving a 17-county bi-state region in the Quad Cities area, known for its clinical capabilities, patient safety, and commitment to improving community health.
Requirements
- No experience required
- Basic Life Support Training
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience
