About The Position

Position Summary: The Nurse Manager of Data Analytics provides strategic leadership for all analytics functions within Patient Care Services, reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer. This role oversees the development, validation, and optimization of PCS data systems; leads a multidisciplinary analytics team; and ensures data is translated into actionable insights that improve nursing practice, patient outcomes, and operational performance. The manager partners with clinical and operational leaders to promote a culture of data driven decision-making throughout PCS.

Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required
• Additional education in informatics, data science, or analytics preferred
• 3-5 years' experience required
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, nursing informatics, clinical operations, or performance improvement
• Experience supporting nursing or patient care services strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with analytic tools required
• Maryland Registered Nurse License required
