About The Position

The Manager, Data Analytics will design, maintain, and enhance analytical models and reporting frameworks that support SME revenue growth, programmatic media optimization, and strategic decision‑making. This role requires a highly analytical individual who can work with large datasets, extract insights, and understand basic accounting principles and financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data/Business Analytics, Business, or related discipline.
  • Advanced Excel expertise: Power Pivot, pivot tables, slicers, SUMIFS/XLOOKUP, structured references, data tables, and measure creation.
  • Proficiency with Power BI including dashboards, data modeling, visualizations, and automated reporting.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual abilities; able to handle large datasets and build dynamic, scalable models.
  • Highly detail‑oriented with exceptional organizational and documentation skills.
  • Basic accounting knowledge including understanding of debits, credits, and accrual concepts.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CoPilot, SQL, Python, Access, or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Experience or familiarity with programmatic or digital media ecosystems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and evolution of SME’s programmatic ecosystem, including inventory data, network health tracking, revenue reporting, and pricing optimization.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives aimed at reducing manual effort, increasing automation and accuracy, and strengthening data quality.
  • Build dynamic dashboards and models that enhance the SME sales team’s visibility into personal revenue performance and pipeline trends.
  • Build and maintain scalable, interactive analytical models that process large and complex datasets.
  • Analyze weekly and monthly metrics to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities; communicate findings as clear, actionable insights.
  • Produce ad‑hoc reports and custom analyses for the EVP and VP as needed.
  • Consistently meet deadlines for all reporting and analytical deliverables.
  • Maintain strong documentation, organization, and version control across all models and reporting assets.
  • Ensure consistency, transparency, and audit‑readiness of analytical logic, data sources, and documentation used across financial processes.
