About The Position

Data & Analytics Manager BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K JOB DUTIES: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Develop and socialize standardized reporting & dashboards within our CRM to enable the sales and marketing teams. Provide thoughtful insights and interpretation of the performance of our campaigns to help evolve and improve the performance of our efforts. Monitor and measure the quality and quantity of leads entering into our CRM database. Assist Customer Experience Managers (CEM’s) with correctly placing leads into the proper campaign stages and automations to nurture customers along their path to purchase (lead scoring, etc.). Ensure data quality by validating lead sources and standardizing data collection via forms and marketing partnerships. Analyze and deliver data visualization for the quality of leads and report on how customers are flowing through the journey (marketing qualified leads, sales qualified leads & converters). Data Quality Ensure data quality across our marketing tech stack to include; Product Information Management Platform (InRiver), Data Asset Management platform (Bynder), Customer Relationship Management Platform (Hubspot) & media channels. Connect disparate dataset to unlock insights and enhanced performance across our websites and internal systems. Website(s) Generate regular website reporting on traffic, engagement, and frequency for all AHF Products website properties Monitor websites for performance and enhancement opportunities. Provide insights to the website team for continuous optimization and site performance. Ensure feed-based data such as PIM data is accurate, up to date and connected to all dependent platforms (websites, HubSpot, etc.) Monitor campaign management and creative effectiveness. Sales Partner with sales leadership to enable and educate sales teams about their customers' digital body language. Surface insights about forward looking sales and sales pipeline. Liaison with sales to communicate forward looking and actionable data for greater pipeline conversion. Media Assist our agency partners with connecting first party data to our media channels. Monitor performance of campaigns on a regular basis to performance and identify emerging audience segments and opportunities. Focus on evolving our media targeting and help to articulate our perspective on future targeting opportunities. Surface recommendations based upon thoughtful analysis and insights in order to drive performance Customer Journey Mapping: Analyze and map the customer journey to identify touchpoints and opportunities for enhancing the customer experience JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing data analysis. Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, data science, or a related field. Technical skills: Proficiency in Excel, GA4, PowerBI and other marketing technology platforms. Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret customer data and feedback. Communication: Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing data analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, data science, or a related field.
