About The Position

As a Patient Care Representative with Sentara, you will be responsible for the registration process of new and current patients at the site. Your primary responsibility will focus on completing check-in and check-out functions, which include the collection of co-pays, scheduling of appointments, and processing requests for medical records. You will also be responsible for answering telephone calls and greeting all patients and visitors with a smile.
