Your work ensures patients receive timely care, clear communication, and seamless coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, highly organized, and deeply committed to patient-centered care.

Requirements

  • CMA or LPN preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of clinic experience (or similar healthcare setting)
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • A team-oriented mindset and positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming calls and web messages from patients, provider offices, hospitals, and pharmacies
  • Coordinating cancer treatment referrals (radiation, imaging, medical oncology)
  • Scheduling routine and urgent provider visits
  • Coordinating urgent add-ons and consultations with physicians and medical assistants
  • Managing medication refills, e-scripts, and triage voicemails
  • Processing telephone encounters and documentation
  • Supporting patient service representatives and medical assistants as a resource
  • Assisting with additional administrative duties as needed
