Patient Care Director - RN - Main Operating Room - Day Flex Step into the role of Patient Care Director where you’ll oversee the daily clinical operations of our main OR to ensure the delivery of high-quality and compassionate patient care to an increasingly diverse patient population. Regularly assess unit operations and identify process improvements to enhance the patient experience. You’ll also partner with our senior leaders who encourage and support continuous growth in a collaborative environment. Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Nursing or related field if already holds a BSN degree. If currently pursuing a Master’s Degree, must obtain within 1 year of hire. Either bachelors or graduate degree must be in nursing
  • Current NYS RN licensure (or willingness to obtain NYS licensure)
  • 3 years clinical experience
  • BCLS from the American Heart Association

Nice To Haves

  • Leadership experience
  • Previous acute care experience in the main operating room
  • CNOR certification
