Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients with a welcoming and professional demeanor
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain efficient patient flow
  • Answer phones and assist patients with questions and concerns
  • Verify insurance and collect patient information as needed
  • Support the front office team with administrative tasks
  • Help create a positive, smooth experience for every patient visit
  • Handle a high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail
