About The Position
We need an AWESOME Patient Care Coordinator! Someone that LOVES Dentistry and People!! The Patient Care Coordinator is first and foremost, the patient's advocate. While assisting the office with daily and weekly office tasks such as scheduling, answering phones, case presentations, verifying insurance benefits and checkout; it is the responsibility of the PCC to be a guide to our patients while creating the ultimate patient experience. This person will also attend monthly PEM's (Patient Education Meetings hosted by the office as well as occasional continuing education meetings). Our Dream Patient Care Coordinator: The person who holds this position is the face of the office and welcomes every single patient in as if they were your best friend while being conscientious of time and the schedule, Understands dentistry and has compassion and drive to help the patient get the care they want and need!
