About The Position

Our office, Omega Endodontics P.A. in Newark, DE is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy specialty practice. Our office is looking for a talented and pleasant patient care coordinator to take on all administrative and front office duties to provide an exceptional experience to all patients and visitors while being able to multi-task. The ideal candidate should bridge the gap between customer obsession and clerical management. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while during their visit which means the following: Welcoming patients to the dental office Maintaining accurate patient records Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages Check, sort and forward emails Keep updates records and files Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper ect.) As an essential member of our office, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed. Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task

Responsibilities
