Responsibilities

  • Preparing for appointments by reviewing medical records, retrieving client files, and getting all necessary forms ready ahead of time
  • Accurately completing and reviewing forms to ensure compliance with Ethos standards and legal requirements
  • Entering client and patient information into our system with precision—keeping everything up to date and matching charges with estimates and treatment plans
  • Admitting and discharging pets with care, and making sure follow-up visits are scheduled seamlessly
  • Collecting payments and walking clients through their payment options, including flexible financing solutions
  • Handling pet insurance claims from start to finish, taking the stress off our clients' plates
  • Keeping our public areas tidy and welcoming, including the front desk, waiting areas, restrooms, and bereavement rooms
