Park Dental - Bloomington Central Park Dental is seeking a friendly, organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This role is the heart of our practice and serves as the first point of contact for our patients. You will help create a welcoming environment while supporting our clinical team and ensuring a smooth patient experience from check-in to check-out. Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Comfortable working with computers and scheduling software
Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry

Nice To Haves

Dental experience is helpful but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate who has strong customer service skills and enjoys working with people.
Candidates with experience in healthcare, hospitality, customer service, retail leadership, or administrative support are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Welcome and check in patients while creating a positive first impression
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments using dental scheduling software
Answer phones and assist patients with questions regarding appointments, treatment, and billing
Verify dental insurance benefits and help patients understand their coverage
Support patient account management and maintain accurate patient records
Coordinate with doctors and clinical team members to keep schedules running smoothly
Provide exceptional service and communication to every patient who visits the practice
