About The Position

We are looking for a highly efficient and detail -oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in the General Dentistry industry. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and customer service. These Job Duties are a basic overview, will be discussed in further detail during the interview with the Dental Practice.

Requirements

• 1 -3 years of experience in a dental office setting with proven track record<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/li>
• High School Diploma<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/li>
• Familiar with Open Dental <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/li>
• Weave <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/li>
• Denti -Cal Insurance <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/li>
• PPO Insurance <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/li><\/ul> <\/div><\/div> <\/p> <\/div><\/span>

Responsibilities

• Answer Multiline phone to schedule New Patients and Existing Patients Appointments
• Utilize CDT dental procedure codes to schedule Patients Appoints <\/span><\/p>
• Check -In patients for their appointments in a timely matter
• Ensure HIPPA compliance in all patient interactions with strict adherence
• Assist with Patient information and data to ensure all information is accurate and complete
• Provide excellent customer service to patients with empathy and compassion
• Maintain detailed organization of patient records and appointment scheduling with meticulousness
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the reception area <\/span><\/div> <\/div> <\/p> <\/div><\/span>
