Requirements

2+ years of dental front office experience is required
Reliable transportation
Basic computer knowledge
Working knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols
Excellent customer service and leadership skills
Ability to multi-task efficiently
Excellent computer and typing skills

Nice To Haves

Denticon software experience is a plus but is not required
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist in delivering a distinctive patient experience in person and over the phone.
Answer phones, schedule patients, check patients in and out, and collect co-pays.
Update patient demographic information in the patient management system.
Perform front office duties such as refilling the coffee machine and checking bathroom supplies.
Keep patient waiting area clean and stocked with supplies.
Communicate to team when their patient has arrived in a friendly and prompt fashion.
Collect co-pays and patient balances in person and over the phone.
Utilize patient communication software to send out appointment confirmations.
