About The Position

Patient Care Coordinator at St Mary Medical Center-Walla Walla This position is responsible for the overall coordination of seamless care for patients, scheduling and organizing documentation for exam/procedure support. Balances a complex daily workload (scheduling, obtaining support documents/images, coordinating multiple resources) while providing superior customer service. Must keep current with frequently changing patient and staff schedules. Must possesses ability to triage conflicting priorities to provide patients and providers with timely service. Assist with patient interviews and entry of procedure specific orders. Team with technical caregivers for diverse duties in the clinical setting. Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma or GED
  • AHA BLS - American Heart Association upon request
  • Customer service-related experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year Recent experience in the medical field.
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
  • PACS image management.
