The role of the patient care coordinator provides front office support to the team of clinical providers and other service providers. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, patient intake, answering phone calls and providing concise, compassionate responses to patients, receive payments, scheduling, and working together as part of a united professional team to ensure top-level customer service to our patients.

• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of customer/patient services experience
• Experience working in a medical provider environment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of the principles of functional medicine.
