Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years in a dental setting; 3+ years in a professional business office.
- Mindset: A self-starter who thrives on productivity and taking ownership of their results.
- Credentials: High School Diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- Prior dental office experience as an assistant is highly preferred!
- Dentrix knowledge is a major plus.
Responsibilities
- Patient Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact, utilizing a professional and compassionate tone to assist patients with questions and inquiries.
