Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Patient Care Coordinator (Front Desk / Medical Receptionist) for their outpatient physical therapy clinic in Caldwell. This patient-facing role involves managing scheduling and payment collection, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for patients from check-in to check-out. The company provides complete training and mentorship, making this position suitable for both experienced front office candidates and those new to healthcare.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Friendly, professional communication skills
Comfortable using computers and learning new software quickly

Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients, creating a friendly and professional first impression
Manage provider schedules using our scheduling software
Collect co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and private payments at time of service
Answer phones and respond to emails with excellent customer service
Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all patient interaction
Keep the front desk and waiting area organized, efficient, and welcoming
Assist with administrative tasks and accurate patient information updates as needed
