About The Position

Hear Again America is a patient-focused hearing care practice dedicated to helping people reconnect with the sounds that matter most. Their Key West location offers a welcoming, supportive environment where patients feel heard, cared for, and confident in their hearing journey. Position Overview Hear Again America is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in creating a positive, organized, and friendly office experience. This position supports daily front office operations, patient scheduling, and administrative tasks while working closely with the clinical team to keep the practice running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Friendly, professional communication skills (in person and by phone)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort using computers, scheduling systems, and basic office software
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy office environment
  • Customer service, administrative, or front office experience preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Medical or hearing healthcare experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly in person and over the phone
  • Schedule appointments and manage the daily clinic calendar
  • Verify patient information and assist with intake forms
  • Collect payments and handle basic billing or insurance-related tasks
  • Maintain organized patient records and office files
  • Coordinate with providers to support efficient patient flow
  • Assist with general administrative and office support duties
  • Ensure the front office remains clean, welcoming, and professional
