About The Position

Are you someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and creating a great customer experience? We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our York office. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key role in creating a positive, welcoming experience while supporting the success of the office. This position is ideal for someone with office experience, strong customer service skills, and a background in sales or inside sales . Hearing loss can isolate people from the moments that matter most. As a PCC, you help create a welcoming environment and ensure patients feel comfortable, cared for, and supported from their first call to their follow-up visits. You'll play a key role in helping people reconnect with their families, conversations, and everyday life. Requirements

• Previous office or administrative experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in sales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Comfortable handling phones, scheduling, and multitasking
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and create a warm, professional first impression
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Confirm upcoming appointments and manage the schedule
• Support patient flow throughout the day
• Assist with patient follow-up and communication
• Help maintain office organization and daily operations
• Support the provider in delivering an excellent patient experience
