This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key role in creating a positive, welcoming experience while supporting the success of the office. This position is ideal for someone with office experience, strong customer service skills, and a background in sales or inside sales . Hearing loss can isolate people from the moments that matter most. As a PCC, you help create a welcoming environment and ensure patients feel comfortable, cared for, and supported from their first call to their follow-up visits. You'll play a key role in helping people reconnect with their families, conversations, and everyday life.
