Requirements
- Previous dental front desk experience strongly preferred
- Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, and patient financials
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Enjoys working in a pediatric environment
- Seeking long-term stability and loyalty, not frequent job changes
Responsibilities
- Managing patient scheduling and daily appointment flow
- Greeting families and creating a warm, professional first impression
- Verifying dental insurance and explaining benefits clearly
- Handling check-in/check-out, payments, and patient paperwork
- Communicating effectively with providers and clinical staff
- Supporting parents and children with empathy, patience, and confidence
