Requirements
- Dental front desk experience strongly preferred
- Comfort working with insurance, scheduling, and patient financials
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Someone who thrives in a pediatric environment and genuinely enjoys working with children and families
Responsibilities
- Managing patient scheduling and appointment flow
- Greeting families and creating a warm, professional first impression
- Verifying insurance and clearly explaining benefits
- Collecting payments and handling check-in/check-out
- Communicating effectively with clinical and leadership teams
- Supporting parents and children with empathy, confidence, and clarity
