About The Position

Responsible for supporting the clinical management and refill coordination of specialty pharmacy patients under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. This role involves direct communication with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely delivery of medications. As part of Evernorth Health Services, this role supports CarepathRx within our Pharmacy and Care Delivery organization. Our team focuses on specialty pharmacy and infusion services in partnership with hospitals and health systems.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia to be consider for the position.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

Nice To Haves

  • Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred.
  • Prior experience in specialty healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient deliveries by making outbound and receiving inbound calls from patients, caregivers, and medical staff.
  • Conduct follow-up calls as directed by a licensed pharmacist.
  • Assist the specialty pharmacy team with tasks such as: Evaluating product usage Managing and documenting supply inventory Setting up medication orders Performing verbal patient assessments
  • Maintain and update patient records, medication profiles, and complete assessments under pharmacist supervision.
  • Accurately document all interactions in patient medical records.
  • Meet or exceed quality and productivity standards (e.g., 100–125 form setups daily).
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional, service-oriented approach in all interactions.
  • Act as a liaison between specialty pharmacy, operations, and patients, caregivers, or medical professionals.
  • Adhere to system-wide competencies and behaviors.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
