What You’ll Do: Prepare and maintain exam rooms and ensure they're fully stocked Record vital signs, perform EKGs and venipuncture, and assist with exams Help manage patient flow and ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations Support pre-visit planning, lab follow-ups, and referrals Register patients and schedule appointments using Athena software Maintain and log required inventory, specimens, and equipment readings Collaborate with providers to ensure all EMR data and documentation is accurate and timely ? What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma or GED Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) from an approved program Phlebotomy and EKG training and certification BCLS Certification and NYS Infection Control Certification Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Experience working with pediatric, adult, and women’s health populations At BMS Family Health Center, we value teamwork, respect, and patient-centered care. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
