About The Position
SUMMARY OF JOB: The Nursing Assistant, under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse, performs the assigned tasks of direct patient care, clerical duties and some housekeeping duties. Acts as a patient/customer advocate and Redeemer Health representative, meeting patient/family needs throughout the hospital experience. CONNECTING TO MISSION: All individuals within the scope of their position are responsible to perform their job in light of the Mission & Values of the Health System. Requirements
- High School Diploma/Equivalency
- Must be available for alternating shifts
- Meets performance standards within introductory period
Nice To Haves
- Previous clinical health care experience is preferred
