Patient Care Advocate Full-time, Days Job Requirements: The Patient Care Advocate assists patients in navigating their interactions with Baptist Health and maintains patient rights by educating patients and families. Works with physicians and the health care team to improve patient care and promote positive patient, family, physician and caregiver communications. The Patient Experience Advocate assumes accountability for the response to and resolution of patient/family complaints and concerns and provides data, from outside Survey Company, to hospital leadership to support recommendation for process change and accreditation standards. This position will also support program management for Patient Advisory Council.
