About The Position

We’re seeking friendly, empathetic Call Center Coordinators to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. You’ll help schedule care, answer questions, and ensure every interaction is efficient, professional, and patient-focused.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of call center, customer service, or healthcare front-desk experience
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Comfortable using phone systems and electronic systems (EHR/EMR or practice management systems a plus)
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to delivering excellent patient service

Nice To Haves

  • Experience scheduling appointments or handling high call volumes preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Schedule and reschedule patient appointments
  • Verify and enter patient demographics and insurance information
  • Document calls and messages accurately in the practice management system
  • Route calls and messages to the appropriate department
  • Respond to patient email inquiries as assigned
  • Provide accurate information by researching patient questions
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
