Description Work Schedule: 100% FTE, full-time. Day shift, M-F 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. You will work 1415 E State St Clinic in Rockford, IL. Abundant career growth opportunities to nurture professional development Strong shared governance structure Commitment to employee voice Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Industrial Engineering or other health related field Required Certification of successful completion of 40 hours or more of medical interpreter training in Spanish from a nationally recognized organization OR a degree in Medical Interpreting. Required Master’s degree in business administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Industrial Engineering or other health related field. Preferred Work Experience: Five (5) years of experience working in health care. Required Two (2) years of experience in developing and sustaining programs. Required Experience working with the public. Required Previous management experience. Required Experience working with the public in a clinical setting. Preferred Three (3) years of management experience in a healthcare environment, preferably focused on patient experience with a proven track record of success.
