The Manager, Patient Ambassador Experience, will help develop and manage Inizio Evoke's growing Patient Ambassador program. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for everyday patients living with chronic conditions—helping them share their stories, guiding them through ambassador engagements, and ensuring a supportive, seamless experience when participating in client-sponsored initiatives. We are looking for a highly emotionally intelligent professional with experience in client service, partner management, logistics, and people-focused coordination. The Manager will be the “face and heart” of the organization to patient ambassadors and a trusted advisor to internal teams and clients.
