As a Patient Ambassador, you’ll combine sales expertise with compassion, helping patients understand treatment options, build financial plans, and feel supported from consultation to completion. At Smart Arches, you’ll: Own the patient experience from consultation to procedure, guiding patients through transformative treatment decisions. Educate and empower patients on advanced solutions like All-on-Four and full-arch restorations. Create customized financing plans that make treatment accessible to all. Collaborate closely with doctors and office managers to deliver exceptional outcomes. Work in a professional, supportive environment with no weekend hours and opportunities for growth. Requirements

• 2 years of Sales experience required, direct to consumer consultative sales preferred.
• Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills
• A confident approach and an ability to build rapport quickly
• Self-motivated, driven, and able to think outside the box
• Must possess thorough and consistent follow-up skills
• Experience using a contact tracking system

Nice To Haves

• 4-year degree preferred
