Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Previous related Healthcare or customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- The Patient Advocate is an important part of our customer service at Bailey Medical Center.
- This position will coordinate communication between patients, family members, and medical staff as well as with registration and the scheduling department.
- The Patient Advocate will also help with non-clinical scope of service by working with the House Supervisor’s rounding on admissions.
- Extra duties include registering patients, working the front information desk, pull no shows and fax to scheduling.
