Get to Know Your Team: Bailey Medical Center offers a full range of medical services, including general surgery, maternity, gynecology, bariatrics, orthopedics and emergency care. The 73-bed hospital is one of the most technologically advanced hospitals in the region. The Patient Advocate is an important part of our customer service at Bailey Medical Center. This position will coordinate communication between patients, family members, and medical staff as well as with registration and the scheduling department. The Patient Advocate will also help with non-clinical scope of service by working with the House Supervisor’s rounding on admissions. Extra duties include registering patients, working the front information desk, pull no shows and fax to scheduling.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Microsoft Office Programs.
Previous related Healthcare or customer service experience.
