We have an exciting and rewarding position open - Patient Advocate in our San Antonio office. In this role, you’ll be the friendly and professional first point of contact for our patients, helping create a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they connect with us. You’ll play a key role in keeping the front desk running smoothly by scheduling appointments, managing multi-line phones and emails, and directing patient inquiries with care and accuracy. As a Patient Advocate, you’ll collaborate closely with the front desk team and partner with colleagues across departments to ensure exceptional service and seamless communication throughout the office.
