Sandy Pines is a 149 bed Residential Psychiatric Facility servicing children and adolescents ages 5 to 17. The facility is located in beautiful sub-tropical South Florida and is nestled beside Jonathan Dickinson Sate Park which creates a rustic, roomy outdoor atmosphere. Visit us online: https://sandypineshospital.com/ The Patient Advocate/Director of Milieu Group Facilitation investigates, resolves, documents, and reports organization-specific resident and visitor complaints and grievances to leadership and staff, including through the established committee structure. The Patient Advocate/Director of Milieu Group Facilitation develops, implements and participates in customer service and patient relations initiatives related to the facility’s mission and goals. The Patient Advocate/Director of Milieu Group Facilitation manages and oversees group facilitation by milieu staff through competency-based training. Requirements

  • Master’s Level Degree required (Master's of Social Work or other clinical Master's degree equivalent).
  • Required Current Florida Licensed Clinician (LCSW) or (LMHC).
  • 3-5 years hospital experience.
